Fog Data Science is committed to providing consumers with clear ways to exercise their privacy choices regarding commercially available device location data.
You can use this page to opt your device identifier out of Fog Data Science data services or, where applicable, submit a request to exercise additional rights under state privacy law.
Opt Your Device Out of Fog Data Science Data Services
You may submit your device's Mobile Advertising ID (MAID) to opt that identifier out of Fog Data Science data services.
A Mobile Advertising ID is a device identifier assigned by your mobile operating system. Fog uses the identifier you provide to process your opt-out request and prevent associated data from being included in applicable future data updates.
To submit an opt-out request, you will need your device identifier.
Finding Your Mobile Advertising ID
Your device identifier is different from your phone number, device serial number, or IMEI.

Exercising Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, applicable privacy law may provide additional rights regarding personal information, such as rights to access, know, delete, correct, opt out, or limit certain uses of personal information.
Fog Data Science evaluates privacy requests based on the information provided and the privacy laws applicable to the requesting consumer.

Eligible California residents may also use the Delete Request and Opt-Out Platform (DROP) operated by the California Privacy Protection Agency to submit a single request to registered data brokers participating in the program.
